On Holy Wednesday Holy Unction sounds. It is the day when Christ washes the feet of His disciples, at the Sequence of the Sink. The choir of Church Music Metropolis Saint Arsenius attends the Agion Panton Church and participates in Psalm Sequencing Basin at 19:00.

At noon, the Corfiots attend the Holy Unction, where the priests anoint all the faithful with holy oil. Then at 8.30 p.m., they fill up the Municipal Theatre to hear the Municipal Chorus singing ecclesiastical hymns of the Passion Week. This concert has been established for more that 20 years focusing on the Divine Drama through the melodies of Eastern and Western Ecclesiastical Music.

The performance is divided in two parts, Greek and international. You can buy your tickets in advance or just show up a few minutes before the beginning.
